SafetyWear displays thousands of items within our latest catalog. However, if you need a product not shown in the catalog, it’s a good bet we can get it or produce it.

Yes, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail for every order you place. Please review it to ensure order accuracy.

Do you have a minimum order?
There is a minimum order requirement of $25.00 or a $10.00 handling fee plus regular shipping costs.
How long will it take my order to ship?
Orders for stock items are normally shipped within 24 hours. Custom orders typically take 3 to 6 days plus delivery time. Some orders may experience longer lead times.

What happens if a product I order is damaged in shipment?
We take great care in filling, checking and packing your order. If, however, your merchandise is damaged during shipment, note the damage on the packing slip. If package shows visible damage at the time of delivery, make a note of damage when signing delivery receipt. Please contact our Customer Service Department immediately for further instruction.

How do I send you artwork for my order?
You can simply email artwork to email@example.com.
How can I submit my artwork?
Artwork can be submitted in the following file extension format: .tif, .jpg, .gif, .bmp, or .pdf. Preferred resolution should be at 300 dpi for higher quality. If your logo requires a specific color, please include the PMS color number. If you do not have this number, please include a color sample. Files may be submitted by CD, diskette or electronically.
